Pre-order guidelines:

1.	Only a maximum of 10 transaction lines are allowed on your dashboard.
2.	For every pre-order, payment must be done within 72 hours from the date and time such pre-order was made to avoid auto-cancelled in the system.
3.	If you choose in-store payment, payment must be done at the selected pick up store.
4.	If you choose online payment, you must transfer payment to the indicated bank account or payment gateway, and upload proof of payment in your pre-order dashboard.
5.	The system can only validate availability for your request upon submission and does not guarantee you a successful pre-order.
6.	You can no longer add or change the device and store you had selected once paid.
7.	You can no longer update or add pre-orders after the pre-order period.
8.	If you paid in store, refunds can only be done at the store you had selected.
9.	If you paid via online transfer, refunds can be done by clicking the refund button. The store contact person will coordinate with you directly.

How to pre-order:

Request access to your unique web address by:

a.	Entering valid email address.
b.	Completing the CAPTCHA requirement.

Open email to retrieve the following:

a.	Your unique web address.
b.	A 4-digit PIN which you will USE FOR ALL YOUR PRE-ORDER TRANSACTIONS.

Click on the link of the unique web address in the email you received to begin the pre-order process.

Pre-order from the order dashboard.

Confirm and submit your pre-order.

Make sure you have the 4-digit PIN with you when you pay the down payment and upon claiming your pre-order.

Pre-order claiming is from Feb. 14 to Apr. 13, 2025. Kindly check the claiming batch dates below.
